KRISTINESMITH

Kristine has lived in Tampa with her family for almost 18 years, and has imbedded herself in the community through her Church, Veteran and First Responder organizations, and her children’s Schools. She grew up internationally, living in Latin America and the Caribbean for over 11 years before arriving in Miami, which she considers her home town.

Kristine seeks to serve those who are wishing to purchase their first home, transfer communities, or upgrade their current house. Working with people to achieve their home ownership dreams is her passion! She brings extensive local market knowledge in addition to Project Management and External Relations expertise from her past professions. She worked in Higher Education Administration at two major universities, in the Corporate World as a Director of Recruiting, and the Restaurant Industry as a Community Ambassador.
